Is 1Red legal in Canada?
1Red has no licence from a Canadian authority; it is licensed offshore by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under No. ALSI-202410047-F12. According to its terms, every player alone must verify that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction and must not use the site if it is not.

How is my account protected?

Which countries cannot use 1Red?

How do I open an account?

Who is allowed to register?

Can I keep two accounts?

Documents and checks
When will 1Red ask for documents?
Before your first withdrawal, whatever the amount, and once lifetime deposits pass the equivalent of €2,000; the licence's anti-money-laundering rules require it.
Which documents are accepted?
A government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding it and a bank statement or utility bill under three months old, in Latin or Cyrillic script, otherwise a video check may be requested.
How quickly are documents reviewed?
Within 24 hours, with the result sent by e-mail. While "Temporarily Approved", you can play and deposit up to the equivalent of €500 in total, but not withdraw.

Why hasn't my deposit appeared?

Getting paid
How do I withdraw?
After verification, go to Payments, choose a payout method, enter at least C$45 and submit. Pending requests can still be cancelled.
How long does a payout take?
It depends on KYC, the method and 1Red's review; Bank Transfer takes up to 10 banking days in principle.
Why might a payout be refused?
Unfinished KYC, a deposit not wagered three times, an active bonus, or an amount above C$15,000 or your period cap.
